Mario Frangoulis is a tenor of the 21st century, with the ability to sing everything from a hard-rock anthem to an operatic aria.
On September 19th at London’s Royal Albert Hall Mario will perform work from his own internationally acclaimed albums alongside some old favourites. Accompanied by the National Symphony Orchestra conducted by Anthony Inglis, this one-off special performance will take the audience on a journey across the globe as Mario presents an international repertoire of music in no less than 6 different languages!

In an evening full of delightful surprises, Mario will be joined onstage by an eclectic mix of exceptional musicians and singers. The legendary Justin Hayward of the Moody Blues, will be re-creating the classic Nights In White Satin (Notte de Luce) which he recorded with Mario for Mario’s album Sometimes I Dream. Mario is also delighted to announce that the showstopping British soprano, Natasha Marsh, returns to the Royal Albert Hall following her sensational debut there over Christmas 2006 when she performed Silent Night with Jose Carreras to a standing ovation. A highly regarded performer in both opera and oratorio, Natasha’s debut album, Amour, went straight to No 1 in the classical chart.
Musical sensation Steve Balsamo, who shot to fame for his role of Jesus in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Jesus Christ Superstar, performed with Mario in the West End production of Les Miserables and is thrilled to be able to join his old friend onstage at the Albert Hall. Mario will also be reunited with his co-star from the film De Lovely, Lara Fabian. This Belgian-born multi-lingual singer/songwriter, who has been resident in Canada for some years and has sold 10 million albums worldwide.
